Licensed Clinical Social Worker Natasha Carroll is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional who specializes in supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward greater emotional well-being and stronger relationships. Natasha has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, infertility, betrayal trauma, pornography-related struggles, and marital issues. She draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused modality designed to help clients resolve distressing memories and experiences. Her approach ensures care that is both personalized and effective. Fluent in Portuguese and well-versed in Hispanic culture, Natasha is committed to providing culturally sensitive support to diverse clients.
